Salt mine of Praid:

the galleries opened for visitors are on "horizon 50" along with the treatment facilities, in a gallery that is located at a depth of 120 m from the surface, having a width of 20 m, height of 14 m and length of several hundreds of meters. On a distance of 1250 m, from the entrance of the tunnel to the entrance of the gallery, the transport of the patients is made with the buses. From here, the access to the places that can be visited is made on a staircase, which serves as a filter to isolate the microclimate of the saline. During the summer season, the number of people who visit the mine, combined with that of patients who are treated here, reach 4500 to 5000 people per day. The underground rooms are equipped with lighting system, large playground for children, an art gallery in salt (sculptures, paintings), a mining museum, a photo exhibition, an ecumenical chapel, buffet, café, souvenir shop, ping-pong tables, Internet Club, all with the mission to provide interest points for visitors and recreation for patients who spend 4-5 hours here every day.

Salty swimming pool of Praid:

This little recreation and relaxation base is near the salt mine, about 150 m from the mine entrance; it offers 2 outdoor pools (for adults and children) with salt water, equipped with lockers, showers, places for beach, lounge chairs, bar and fast food. Here there are also the hydrothermal treatment facilities with salty baths.
